Operations/AR/AP Specialist to perform the operational work related to revenue and expense cycles.
This would be your job responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute invoices to customers, with attention to sales tax implications
- Post payments to customer accounts and communicate with customers for collection matters
- Create work orders and quotes for customers
- Communicate and resolve sales operation inquiries or issues with customers
- Receive, validate, and process vendor bills for payment
- Process banking transactions
- Review employee expenses and process reimbursement for employees
- Prepare reports and reconciliations on accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Assist month-end activities for financial reporting to the parent company
- Prepare ad-hoc business reports as assigned
- Four-year college degree.
- 3 years of work experience.
- Positive attitude, excellent work ethics, and commitment to meet deadlines
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
