You’ll develop a deep understanding of shopper, portfolio, brands, channels and clients that serve as a platform on the coordination and creation of strategies and commercial plans that enables Kellanova to achieve sustainable growth of both sales and profit through time.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Define goals: KPI’s by distributor.
- Coordinate multifunctional teams: leads operational discipline across his function.
- Generates several proposes: related to price, assortment and volume in the traditional channel.
- Defines and execute methodology and criteria: for the analysis and prioritization of the business based on ROI (Return of investment)
- Bring advices: to the Sales Leadership team for decision making.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 10+ years of related work experience in sales and key account management
- Strong forecasting, finance, and budgeting skills
- High leadership skills and people engagement abilities.
- English fluency required
