We are looking to hire Jis Specialst to join our team at Toluca, this position performs as Customer Service for Stellantis
Responsabilities:
- Proactively evaluate, escalate and manage supplier risk topics by cooperating directly with senior ZF and OEM management levels.
- Ensure no production interruptions at ZF CY Plants or OEMs due to a lack of series production parts resulting from Tier 2 Supplier capacity restraints or work patterns.
- Identify and assist in resolution efforts of any supply chain capacity constraints as necessary and seek timely solutions to avoid negative cost impacts or production interruptions.
- Act as the key/first contact to the Customer and Tier n suppliers for supplier capacity and delivery issues, including confirmation of work pattern information.
- Interface and coordinate activities between the ZF Commodity SQEs, ZF Technical Buyers, ZF Key Account Managers and ZF Materials Planners to ensure supplier readiness.
- Create and maintain the necessary Supplier Capacity Management tools (both ZF and OEM).
- Administer and update the open issues tracking documents.
- Coordinate the data entry into OEM demand and capacity management portal(s).
- Daily monitor Customer’s TOD’s, JiS call offs, reorders, and ASN’s via customer order dataflow EDI-SAP-PCS.
- Coordinate with customer, and IT to timely solve any error messages utilizing ZF BMS work instructions and standards.
- Support the implementation processing of engineering changes, and pre-series, special builds, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain (or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in supply chain management related to capacity preferred
- Experienve with Stellantis portal is a must
- Professional experience in automotive industry
- Fluen english preferable
- SAP is a must
- Demonstrated critical / evaluation thinking skills required
