Accounting & Tax Coordinator

We are looking coordinator for the CBSM Finance department to perform and supervise general accounting functions for the Chubb Business Center. The role should ensure compliance with Mexican NIF and Mexican Tax regulations to lead a team. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

To supervise general accounting 

To coordinate month end closing activities 

To review and approve journal entries 

To review an audit balance sheet and bank accounts reconciliations. 

To help preparing financial reporting and notes for consolidation purposes. 

To supervise internal controls 

To ensure segregation of duties in day-to-day finance related operations. 

To help the finance manager to ensure proper controls are in place for expenses and financial management. 

To ensure Financial Internal Control’s compliance. 

To prepare monthly Financial Statements

To reconcile intercompany balances
