Key Account Executive - Coppel Job Number: 2302214 Location: Mexico Reports to: Sales Manager Commercialize the company's products, increasing sales by developing the business of the assigned accounts through personalized attention to buyers to detect opportunities / needs and provide solutions per the company's strategy, ensuring the offer all the products, services and benefits to maximize the profitability of the company. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Sell the company's products; through the development of commercial strategies, control of assigned resources for promotional plans with customers, analysis of sales data to improve the results of the accounts and detect and develop business opportunities with new customers for market diversification; to contribute to the margin of the company.
- Accomplish the sales' goals established to the assigned clients, by developing confidence relationships with customers through in-depth knowledge of their needs and requirements to ensure the commercial relationship.
- Secure the profitability of business through: o Administration and control of the LOD assigned to each account by the adequate and well-timed execution of price increases.
o Helping maintain the level of DSO within the parameters established by the company. o Accurate and opportune execution of the product portfolio's strategy defined to each client.
- Being familiar with and managing the KPIs of both our accounts and the company's to continuously evaluate the performance of both parties, and to establish corrections of possible deviations.
- Participate in the S&OP process - Feeding de sales forecast based in sell out and sell in trend, seasons and opportunities detected to increase our market share.
- Education requirements: Bachelors' degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the role, overseeing Coppel account
- Language requirements: English language medium level required Experience
- Specific systems experience: Management of SAP, Genesis, Excel and Power point advanced skills, and Suppliers Portal's.
- Specific technical skills requirements: Negotiation, Planning, Customer Focus, Finance, knowledge in Marketing and E-Commerce.
- Specific soft skills requirements: Planning, Organization, Decision
Making, Execution, Leadership, Creativity, Problem Solving, Communication, Service Attitude, Conflict Resolution.
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets (forecast) and reports, keeping sales records and PSI's analysis.
- Collaborating with various departments within the company.
