- Have you developed, managed, and maintained client accounts to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships?
- Do overseeing client accounts, maintaining reports and monitoring solution strategies sound with you?
As our Key Account Manager you will act as a link between KONE and our customers coordinating operative and administrative tasks with all the internal areas involved. You should be able to handle multiple customer accounts and provide excellent customer service. Besides, you should also gather customer details and understand their requirements. Moreover, you should also be able to build and maintain long-term customer relations.
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management within a maintenance company that provides services to hotels
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude
- Willing to do fieldwork 50% (will travel to different states)
- SAP
- Availability to travel
