Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and collection of outstanding customer accounts.
Maintain collections for clients/cluster/BU and ensure timely collection of all
invoice types, credit reporting and analysis/review.
On account monitoring and day to day management of teams assigned.
Conduct portfolio reviews with collectors and analysts.
Handle and receive escalation business to business collections calls.
Coordination with clusters and dispute teams.
Prepare report on status of collection activities.
We are looking for
Advanced English Level Required .
Min 5-8 years of experience (4+ years’ experience in Collections, AR or Banking .
Should be an expert on Excel (Reporting and Analyzes, VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF and data validation)
Collection experience in Global B2B (highly preferred)
Good analytical and negotiating skills with attention to detail
Strong People and Leadership skills .
Exposure to work with global finance community.
Stakeholder Management.
Lead process improvement and technology implementation projects.
Team focal and first level of escalation.
Develop and lead team of specialists.
NetSuite experience ( Desirable )
