The role will establish & optimise all communication channels necessary to ensure frictionless adoption & use of Commercial IT product suite.
The Business Partner will develop key relationships within their business area to build an in-depth understanding of priorities, gaining early insight into changing needs to ensure customers gain appropriate value from IT services, capabilities and innovations.
Ensure that appropriate communication is in place to maximise pull-through of, and value generated from, the Commercial IT roadmap.
Scope to include roadmap visibility, product suite offers visibility, release & usage notes
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Value & Access team, Business Engagement teams and Capability Teams to Identify and address friction points in the adoption of the Commercial IT product suite and develop appropriate tactics & strategies which result in increased efficiencies for delivery teams and users
Develop value framework & improvement plan for communication & adoption.
Build strong relationships with stakeholder groups, developing a deep understanding of the short-term and long-term business direction.Assess and prioritise requirements in line with IT strategy.
Develop and maintain the customer account plan, including accurate customer forecasting, demand planning and effective delivery of the plan
Develop business impact assessments, identifying risks and issues that may affect current and future business units and roles, and create business readiness plans
Develop and maintain performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement
Present and gain commitment to IT initiatives, using specialist knowledge to gain commitment to established or new IT services
Work collaboratively with:
Business and IT leadership teams and other senior stakeholders to build their understanding of IT strategy, programmes and challenges
IT Strategy, Portfolio Management and Project/Programme Management to agree on the future shape of proposed solutions and initiate projects in partnership
Business Engagement and Capability lead to create alignment and identify cross-business innovative opportunities
Business analysts to management requirements and build business cases
Portfolio Managers and solution delivery leads to initiate projects, to initiate projects, clearly define the scope and monitor the delivery of project value compared to the promised benefits

Experience of working with third party suppliers and have strong network and consulting skills
