Job Description

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) job plays a crucial role in the business by performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports decisions of the commercial units, the main responsibilities are:

• Support month-end closing activities such as: Sign off sales & GP reporting, rebate provisions, SRP (sales return provisions), etc.
• Review, analysis, and insightful comments about monthly performance of Sales, gross profit, and function cost performance and its variances.
• Monitoring and analysis of working capital and pro viding highlights to the business and action plan proposal
• Monthly sales & GP plan figures review (S&OP – Last Plan), preparation and approval of finance adjustments, and ensure the correct submission and prepare risk and opportunities consolidation.
• Monthly review and analysis of P&L (Profit & Lost) forecast, including risk and opportunities.
• Support the complete budget process and ensure the correct submission (sales, GP, expenses, working capital, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting and analysis
• Support and monitoring CAPEX and Business cases required.
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
• Collaborate to ensure the policies and procedures of the company are followed and safeguard the company's assets and the proper use of resources.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, engineering or Administration.
• Experience in Controlling or FP&A roles for at least 3 years.
• Solid Financial acumen and accounting knowledge.
• Working in multinational companies.
• Intermediate-Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of ERP such as SAP, Oracle.
• Knowledge of reporting Systems such as SAC, Hyperion, Qliksense, or any other.
• Communicate effectively, Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Self-directed with strong analytical skills.
• Work under pressure and ambiguity.
• Ability to manage stakeholder’s expectations.
• Flexibly and ability to adjust priorities according to challenges faced.
• Disciplined and results oriented.
• Strong work ethic.
