DirecciónJob Opportunity: A key architect in LATAM Ads Marketing team’s success by crafting and activating the Netflix advertising story and value proposition to advertisers across Mexico. This person will act in the intersection of customers, brands and the advertising industry to fuel the Ads Marketing narrative through innovation and creativity.
Responsabilities- Design and craft go-to-market strategies and narratives in an exciting way to present the Ads brand across the advertising industry in the country.
- Ideate and own sales enablement narratives to be presented to advertising clients in collaboration with the Global Ads Marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Global Ads Marketing, Comms, Ad Product Marketing, Research, Legal, Marketing Partnerships, Events) to ensure a consistent ads narrative that is culturally nuanced in the region; as well as to partner for launches and ongoing growth
- Lead the local approach for how Netflix Ads show up at industry events and bespoke client engagements.
- Architect of innovative and creative strategies to fuel Netflix Ads equity in the local market, striving for excellence and bar-raising tactics.
- Understand our partners (advertisers), and seek actionable insights to inform ads marketing strategy, and represent partners to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and industry trends to create and strengthen a unique brand positioning
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with the sales goals and targets.
- Strong Communicator - Effective collaboration with XFN teams (local and international). Articulate with clarity your ideas to influence leaders across the organization
