About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing fully integrated marketing campaigns that align with the marketing plan for the Schools sector, stand-out creatively, and engage target audiences. This manager will ensure Commercial teams are well equipped from a sales enablement perspective and collaborate closely with them to raise awareness and drive demand for Schools propositions
Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Build an understanding of customer needs and pain points, market challenges, opportunities, and competitor activities in the sub-sector to inform the development of campaigns and tactics that successfully engage target audiences and meet objectives.
- Create, implement, and continuously review a range of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Propositions colleagues to understand how campaigns and tactics should position relevant propositions via carefully crafted messages based on customer insights
- Work with Data & Channel excellence colleagues to optimise the execution of campaign delivery, continuously measuring results to inform and progress onward activity
- Liaise with sector Marketing and in-market Commercial colleagues to ensure relevant tools and training are in place to support the sales process
- Manage relationships with internal and external delivery partners to ensure campaigns and tactics are delivered on brand, on brief and on time, and that they clearly demonstrate return on marketing investment (ROMI)
- Collaborate with Propositions colleagues in conducting local research and pilots
About you
We seek a highly motivated Marketing Manager Adult Segment to join our Mexico and Central America Marketing team that has the following qualifications:
Essential knowledge/qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience of English Language Learning and/or assessment marketing and customers
- Fluency in English
