Your role at Baxter:
Direct support to the marketing area in the definition and implementation of marketing strategy, support in the execution of campaigns, design of key messages, implementation of promotional materials and marketing plans, market analysis of products in the territory /assigned country, allocation and planning of demand and product inventories, trend analysis and market forecasting, and competitive intelligence

What you'll be doing
- Planning, organization, execution and closing of events based on Baxter Mexico Cluster policies.
- Development of promotional material aimed at health professionals for Mexico Cluster.
- Market and data analysis to generate information, e.g. market size, shares and penetration percentages.
- Generation of Forecast, AOP and Building Blocks by code and client aligned with the expectations of product management.
- Provide all the vital support to ensure the accurate execution in the field according to the strategy defined for each line of business.
- Monitoring and direct approach with the commercial team for the preparation and fulfillment of the sales forecast
- Strategic vision for the detection and execution of opportunities in the Market
- Direct relationship with KOLs and Collaborators
- Compliance with business strategies.
- Promote a culture of compliance with standards and ethical business practices in the organization
- Drive the implementation of the ethics and compliance program, as well as prevent, detect violations of the law, Baxter policies
- Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, the global interaction policy and third party policy and support processes, ensuring employee induction and training.
- Identify Baxter compliance and legal risks in the country/cluster
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuary or Finance, Industrial or Biomedical Engineering
- Previous Marketing experience of at least 3 years in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Have an understanding of the industry and the pharma/medical devices market
- Information analysis (databases).
- Analysis of business strategies
- Marketing strategies, product positioning and acceleration of opportunities
