Oks Market Manager

- Understa nd the market and their needs through regular visits to the network of
dist ributors throughout the LATAM countries

- Develop a Distributors strategy as previously defined
-Train distributors staff; occasionally also end users
-Create and monitor sales plans, verifying the effectiveness of measures taken in a way that results can be achieved
-Develop new markets and their in direct sales channels, provide solutions to
customers and address technical and commercial issues adequately
- Propose, plan and implement marketing activities (together with the Technical Departments and Marketing of OKS Germany ) such as promotional events, seminars, workshops and trade fairs, to promote the brand and the products of OKS
-Report regularly to the headquarter of OKS in Germany on the results, activities, market trends, success stories and trade alliances created in a way that they can be communicated within the Organization
- Feeding of the CRM system accordingly

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master Degree (or comparable qualification) preferably from a technical/ chemical faculty
- More than 5 years experience in sales in indirect sales and distribution chanels
- Ideally application knowledge of the OKS produ ct portfolio (special lubricants as maintenance products)
- Knowledge of modern prac tices of indirect sales and managing distributors
- Ability to handle technical and business issues, deman ded by the market and
indirect sales channels
- Good ability to motivate and train distributors’ Sales/ Technical Team
- Organized, dynamic and agile, with broad vision and business strategy
- Mastery of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), Outlook ; Internet tools and ERP
- Ability to negotiate and interpersonal relationships
- Good communication skills, spspoken and written in Spanish, Portuguese (one of them native) and English; knowledge of the German Language is desirable but not mandatory
- Willingness to tratravel frequently.
