Job description
- Implement new customer following the estandarization methodologies and process of GEODISment new customer following the estandarization methologies
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems;
identifying trends; recommending improvements.
- Ensure GEODIS compliance on commitments (Key Performance Indicators, savings, visibility assurance).
- Control of the reporting; defining guidelines to be followed in process and key performance indicators and dashboards.
- Supervise the team and identifying irregularities to be addressed by corrective measures (root cause & action plan) and improvement potential.
- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment;
developing personal growth opportunities.
- Adequate GEODIS and customer objectives and ensure that team goals are oriented to achieve the company objectives.
- Ensure escalation management and issue resolution.
- Assure business continuity plan i.e. maintain knowledge & process (people / process / systems).
- Assess risks and validate solutions proposed by projects.
Applicant's profile
- Bachelor degree (Industrial Engineering / International Business) and master degree desirable International Business or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics and supply chain
- Minimum 3 years experience as Manager or Team Lead (Mandatory)
- Experience in Logistics of retail sector
