We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Specialist to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
Responsibilities
- Onboard scope definition
- Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, develop an onboarding Scope definition including prioritization and success criteria
- KPIs/Metric to measure and report progress and program success
- Onboarding Planning
- Identify in-scope supplier/vendors and develop a prioritized list for implementation
- Contact trading partners, document, and assess their connectivity capabilities (EDI, API, Web Services etc.) and the documents/integrations they can support (Order confirmation, ASN etc.)
- Develop detailed implementation schedule with resources mapping and staffing (internal & external)
- Develop onboarding technical development (if/as needed) plan and manage solution development project
- Onboarding plan execution
- Work with suppliers and internal technical teams to configure trading partners in the integrations systems and ERP
- Act as the single point of contact between internal and trading partner technical teams, help resolve all technical and other process related issues as they arise
- Coordinate testing resources on both sides and execute full integration testing, validation and remediation as needed in test systems
- Regular communication of status and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
- Final certification of trading partner readiness for onboarding
- Onboard into production system
- Monitor and report data quality and performance metrics
- Monitor daily progress of the onboarding projects
- Collaborate effectively with broader IT team in responding to Integration issues that are reported through the IT ticketing system
- Integration Operations
- Liaison between trading partners and internal teams
- Liaison between internal business teams and the Integrations/EDI team
- Provide ongoing internal customer support for integrations product questions and problems
- Generate and present operational metrics (volumes, errors, trends etc. to various stakeholders
- Provide audit & compliance support
- Ensure appropriate level of support for the ongoing performance of integrations processes and applications
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a client facing role
- 3+ years of business operations and support experience
- Previous work with EDI/Integration systems
- Good understanding of business processes and Electronic Data Interchange sets used in retail and distribution industries
- Hands on Experience with Test and Defect Management Tools. (i.e., JIRA)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
