The Watts Corporate Marketing team will move to better support the LATAM business goals and customers and regional Sales team with marketing support. We'll accomplish this with focusing on ways to increase brand awareness in these diverse geographic areas, increase leads for Sales, and support regional Sales strategies.
As the Regional Marketing Communications Manager - LATAM, you will manage the marketing activities for our Latin America region including developing and executing communications plans, supporting the regional Sales team with marketing tools, and promoting the brands/products within the region to generate demand via website, social media, search engine marketing, trade shows/events, advertising, and other tactics. You will also oversee the translation of marketing materials to support Sales requests in the region. You may be remotely based in Mexico, or nearby our Mexico City, Mexico facility. You may travel internationally to the US or within the region up to 15% of the time and will report to the Manager, Sales Enablement.
You Will:
- Develop marketing and communication plans that support the annual market development plan, key initiatives, and priorities for the Latin America (LATAM) region.
- Coordinate the marketing activities for the Latin America (LATAM) region including web content, social media, trade shows/events, virtual events, search engine marketing, campaigns, advertising, and new product launches.
- Support Latin America sales team, reps, and channel partners with marketing tools.
- Work through the Corporate Marketing Communication Agile team to prepare, review and implement deliverables.
- Oversee and review translation of materials to support sales activities.
- Work with identified subject matter experts to review collateral.
- Coordinate with the Training team to develop training materials to support the region.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in Marketing and Marketing Communications.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English and ability to oversee materials translation.
- Demonstrated experience executing trade shows and events, advertising, communications, and digital marketing activities.
- Expertise in developing and launching campaigns on time and on budget.
- Experience measuring and reporting marketing analytics.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with Marketo and Hootsuite.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
