Nutanix (NTNX) is looking for a dynamic Renewal Sales Representative  who will be responsible for driving account renewals in advance of their contract end date and executing all renewal back-end work in a timely manner for all accounts. As a member of the Renewals team, you’ll provide accurate and timely renewal quotes to our customers and partners which is critical in sustaining our renewals revenue stream. Success in this role requires a high level of organization and partnership with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Account Managers, Systems Engineers, and others to help identify challenges in successful renewals.

The RQE renewals team is part of a broader ecosystem of functions focus on ensuring Nutanix has a smooth recurring revenue engine. We are looked upon as the subject expert on Nutanix licensing and our knowledge of our customer history. Working closely with the account teams, partners and end-users, we ensure accurate and timely quotes are provided.

Your Role

  • Maintain knowledge of all the configurations of Nutanix products to understand the assets that the customer owns and how they differ from a solution and pricing perspective.
  • Own the responsibility for providing accurate initial and iterative quotes of Nutanix solutions to CSRs across all segments.
  • Generate a forward-looking pipeline of renewal opportunities and quotes 9-months in advance for the CSRs to action.
  • Support Revenue Operations by analyzing data to ensure account assets and quotes are accurate, and all systems are cleansed.
  • Inform reps on the components of a quote and join customer calls as needed with field reps, SEs, or CSRs to explain quote make-up.
  • Assist reps in quote negotiation with customers and handle objections as they arise.
  • Manage data triaging (e.g., auditing accounts for renewable assets).
What You Will Bring
  • 3-4 years of successful account management, business development, or Renewal Sales experience 
  • Experience in high-tech quota-carrying sales will prepare you for our environment.
  • English language fluency and [if required for country of hire] additional native language preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability of interacting with all levels of an organization.
  • Understanding of maintenance Renewal Sales cycle activities from qualification to the closing.
  • High level of accountability.
  • Problem-solving with ability to offer solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage complex renewal opportunities and oversee internal processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • High energy and driven individual.
  • Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, and networking preferred.
