We are in search of an experienced Sales Manager specialized. Requirements

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed set objectives.
  
• Lead and supervise the sales team providing guidance and continuous support for optimal performance.
  
• Collaborate closely with production and logistics departments to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
  
• Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  
• Analyze the yarn market and competition informing strategic decisionmaking and adjusting sales tactics as necessary.
  
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present analyses to senior management.
  

• Proven previous experience in sales specifically in the yarn manufacturing industry.
  
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  
• Solid knowledge of the yarn market trends and competitors.
  
• Ability to develop effective customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Bachelor 's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
