Purpose of the role:
To plan, design and implement the customer strategy to ensure sell out, growth and profit.
- Trade Master Plans: Create and execute the TPM by customer, ensuring sell out growth plans above the market.
- JBP: Secure Joint Business Planning with customers, follow up and implementation
- Shopper Strategy Campaigns: Adapt the shopper marketing campaign according to the customer and channel needs, generating relevance to the shopper at the POS.
- P&I: Manages budget by customers to drive maximum achievement of sales, profit and ROI
- Price & Promotional Strategy: Implementation of the optimum promotional strategy for the brands with customers, securing the NRM recommendation. Must secure post evaluation.
- Customer Relationship: Build strong commercial relationship along with the Key Account manager to develop continues growth plans.
- POS Execution: Must secure the plans implantation by customer, creating relevant engagement with the Field Force team.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar careers.
- English (90%) writing, reading and oral. Presentation Skills.
- Experience: +years in Trade & Shopper Marketing preferred OTC and/or FMCG industry
