Senior Customer Trust Analyst

Are you the type of information security professional with a deep interest in meeting the needs of customers? The Customer Trust team is seeking a team player in our Mexico City office who excels at analyzing security requirements and drives to bring forward the critical information to provide customers assurance of the security of their data. Through the Premier Customer Program, you will as a new kind of customer partner joining the know-how of Information Security and the relationships of our Commercials teams to support customers growing trust in our solutions.  

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Senior Customer Trust Analyst, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide critical support for a new program that meets the compliance and assessment needs of top customers to meet program goals.
  • Coordinate the collection and preparation of security responses and documentation for timely delivery to client.
  • Organize materials for customer presentation and storage for additional engagements.
  • Continual contribution to the development of key support resources for support key products and customers in collaboration with the program lead.
  • Ensure engagement tracking meets program requirements.
  • Record engagement notes and action items for customer sessions.
  • Meet with our customers to support virtual on-site audits and respond to enterprise and product level questions.
  • Build upon the Information security knowledge-base and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the automation tools already being used and identify solutions to increase their utilization for research and population of relevant information.
  • Support and respond to customer inquiries focusing on Thomson Reuters Information Security posture.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English.
  • Deep familiarity with security risks and controls
  • Experience with security control frameworks and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to communication technical details with intention
  • Driving for clarity and technical understanding of security posture
  • Professional presentation and confidence to engage with important customer contacts.
  • Analyze and determine.
