Senior Marketing and Communications Manager
EF High School Exchange Year, a global leader in international education, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing and Communications Manager. In this role, you will oversee the marketing calendar, manage multiple projects, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Your expertise in content development, project management, and cross-functional coordination will drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
What you'll do:
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage the marketing calendar, aligning activities with strategic goals and deadlines.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between creative, marketing, and management teams.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, focusing on print materials.
- Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of printed marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Produce engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, and internal communications.
- Work closely with the creative team for content visualization and design.
- Align content with the brand voice and the target audience's needs.
- Coordinate with different departments for consistent and clear internal messaging.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities for strategic planning.
- Engage and grow the online community, manage social media presence, and community relations.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support to the events team to boost event visibility and participation.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives that align with event objectives.
- Manage an associate marketer and potentially oversee 3rd party vendors in the US.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to achieve high performance and growth.
- Be prepared to travel to the European HQ 3-4 times per year for coordination and strategic meetings.
- Proven experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional content creation and branding skills.
- Experience in digital Marketing and social media management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
- Ability to manage external vendor relationships effectively.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
