What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in Servers Databases Virtualization Data Center Microsoft collaboration, Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow service management tools
  • Experience in the design and or implementation of Service Management processes aligned with industry frameworks such as ITIL
  • Strong verbal and writing skills to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts between project stakeholders such as clients and internal team members
  • Experience in operational management Service Delivery Project management skills to ensure all deliverables with experience working with forecast budgets
  • Experience in the complete improvement cycle that includes analysis, design or development, implementation within the main activities that the team will be in charge of.
  • Administration of functional and technical requests Provide guidance on the configuration of current processes Incident management Identify and analyze problems Break fix problems of any complexity or that do not require modifying configurations of less than 20 hours Definition of specifications for the attention of incidents or requested changes such as part of the scope of service
  • Participate in internal and external audits requested by the client Contact manufacturers for problems that can only be resolved by the product supplier
  • Personnel and contract management, customer expectations, external suppliers, financial management
