Strategy Development Specialist

Your Role

As our Strategy Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our VP of the US Northeast Area as well as other regional direct reports staff. You will play an instrumental role in planning and executing special projects that directly impact the business, as well as support our Northeast VP administratively. To thrive in this role, you will be inquisitive, creative, and effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Work with management on business related projects, including planning area specific events
• Manage and prioritize information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executive’s calendar and set up meetings with the leader to effectively manage time
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements as well as communicate those arrangements with a high level of detail and follow through
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
• Create reports, presentations, communications, and type up meeting notes

Your Skills and Experiences

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
• Experience planning and executing events/special projects on teams and as an individual contributor
• Proven experience collaborating with and regularly presenting to senior leadership
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
