Job Description & Summary

A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:  

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing stakeholder needs by:  

  • Executing and supporting marketing programs that are on the leading edge and leveraging marketing technologies to create a greater client experience (e.g. analytics, various event feedback etc.) 

  • Participating in analysis, reporting, and interpretation of marketing tactics and return on investment (ROI) and applying learning to deliver other marketing programs 

  • Developing relationships with all levels from peers to internal stakeholders and leadership and collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals. 

  • Leveraging writing skills to develop event communications (webpage and app content, digitals comms) 

  • Grasping firm capabilities and event technologies (ie. Salesforce, CVent, Wrike, etc.) 

  • Delivering marketing strategies and participating in ongoing development of plans that deliver positive results in brand awareness and revenue growth 

  • Addresses issues of quality and uses challenges and experience as a learning experience to improve processes to automate to save time, improve quality and prevent errors and provide ideas in future work 

  • Use information to improve approach to process in future projects or assignments including opportunity for efficiency and automation  

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Communicate regularly with team and follow up stakeholder to seek feedback, clarity and manage expectations 

  • Research marketing targets & clients using internal and external systems 

  • Analyze digital marketing data to recommend how we can improve our effectiveness 

  • Demonstrate persistence and flexibility to accomplish work in the face of ambiguity and obstacles. 

  • Use a systematic and efficient approach to check work for quality
