YOUR ROLE

·Assist the process manager to ensure the proper implementation of the Order-to-Cash Finance (F-OTC) process template and the appropriate governance model for the processes.

·Contributes to the development of the global process strategy in respective geography.

·Plan, follow up and ensure correctness in every step of a project implementation within Finance Order-to-Cash.

·Analyze processes and changes affecting F-OTC template within integrations and projects developments.

·Participate in experts forums, as a regional LATAM representative to share our model and analyze global procedures.

·Month-end reporting and steering on Overdue, Deductions and Disputes, Credit Insurance and IFRS topics. Follows up KPIs regularly.
