- Asegurar el cumplimiento del objetivo de ventas.
- Cumplimiento en los Reportes de Gastos.
- Seguimiento a Órdenes de Compra.
- Actualización de Visitas mediante el Salesforce.
- Actualización de Oportunidades mediante el Sales Salesforce.
- Mantener en buen estado su equipo de: transporte, laptop, celular.
- Cumplimiento del Reglamento interno de Trabajo.
- Control y Seguimiento de su Presupuesto de Ventas (AOP)
- Seguimiento a los embarques.
- Cumplimiento con el Rol de Visitas a Clientes.
- Asegurar la compra de producto con base en backorder, estrategias y políticas para garantizar el cumplimiento de órdenes del cliente externo.
- Dirigir, empujar y supervisar el equipo de embarques, enfocado al cumplimiento del AOP de ventas de esta unidad de negocio.
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mantenimiento, y/o Afín.
- Experiencia: Experiencia Mínima de 3 años en Ventas Técnicas, Manejo de Presupuesto de Ventas (Forecast) y/o Conocimiento de Industria de Plástico.
- Inglés: Básico - Intermedi(Negocios) Hablado y Escrito.
Competencias Técnicas:
- Conocimiento y Experiencia en: Ventas Técnicas, Uso de Equipo de Medición, Sistemas de Ahorro de Energía, Cadena de Suministro, Planeación Estratégica, Elaboración de Presupuestos, Control de Inventarios, Forecast.
- Experiencia en Ventas Técnicas.
- Negociación.
- Enfoque basado a Resultados.
