Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business relationships with key partners
- Build business cases around identified opportunities (size of the business, potential customer acquisition opportunities, strategic branding opportunities, partnerships that benefit our customers and or the company, etc.)
- Generate sales pitch (commercial and financial proposals)
- Interact with Stori’s internal teams (Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Risks, Legal & Compliance, etc) to build value proposition proposals and execute projects.
- Teamwork Develop implementation plans for new projects along with Product Management, Marketing/Branding, Finance, Operations, and other Teams, making analysis of viability, in order to offer the best way to leverage the business.
- Implement and manage projects.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Conduct research to identify new markets opportunities and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective partners.
- Control and monitor the Key Performance Indicators of all partnerships, making analysis of feedback and planning new alternatives / business opportunities or finding financial / cost optimizations in current ones
- Develop and implement plans that enable the increase of business profitability.
- Ensure that such plans adhere to the company objectives for increasing Stori customers base, strengthening branding and positively impacting profitability.
- Bring all the necessary information from the partners or the opportunities to contribute to the decisions process, presenting different use cases when possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Administration, Economics or other discipline.
- Chinese advanced speaker.
- 5+ years in Financial Services and working Commercial teams.
- Data driven person
- This is a dynamic role which requires continues learning of existing and new Stori's products, processes and solutions in order to understand how to find the right partners and opportunities in different industries (specially massive consumption ones).
- Capability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams with different backgrounds (and not necessary under its reporting line)
- Strong strategy thinking and capability to translate strategy into action plans that can be executed
- Strong people skills to develop close relationships with big companies and key players inside them.
