Scope: Mexico

Location: Bosques / Guadalajara

The traditional Trade strategy has 4 pillars:

              Gain Distribution in designed items in specific regions

              Win in WORS (Wholesalers own retail Stores)

              Win in Independent supermarkets.

              Ensure F4G avoiding harmful wholesaling.

Unilever in gaining distribution above competitors, growing at 22% in WORS. The expected USG for 2024 is 20% with +600 BPS GM increase.

The role accounts for 125+ mill euro Turnover managing key wholesalers like Sahuayo, Garis, Rivera, etc. with strategic influence in Area nielsen 4 & 5

JOB PURPOSE

  • To co-create avenues to endorse the strategic role of the channel based on 4 pillars.
  • To interconnect the strategy with CSP and CBD colleagues. Have in mind that the channel are the  Mom&Pops and Supermarkets (Owned or independent). Therefore, the role has a primary focus on exploiting all route to markets and balanced with the specific capabilities of each customer.
  • Create an Owners mentality mindset in the team. No victims, accountability.

Right people in the right place and thru process and technology execute brilliantly.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
