In addition, to develop digital and traditional marketing strategies and campaigns; and sponsorship and ecommerce strategies, to increase brand awareness, positioning and sales for Lee and Wrangler.Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and direct market research projects aligned to each brand and distribution channel needs. Research and develop industry and category studies with relevant data to provide internally to other areas (sales, marketing, product, merchandising, etc.)Develop and execute of strategic marketing programs and campaigns, to drive awareness, interest, and desire for the Lee and Wrangler brands with consumers in POS and marketplaces, focusing on increasing sales objectives.Manage annual Lee and Wrangler sponsorship budgets, supervising the activities implemented and assuring the correct implementation and performance of each sponsorship, evaluating new prospects periodically.Plan and execute social media strategies for both brands and leads the team and agencies to execute the plans and to achieve goals (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok).Monthly sales FCST for E-Commerce business (brand platforms and marketplaces), developing strategies in order to increase sales.RequirementsBusiness Administration or Marketing degree, specialized in Digital Marketing and ecommerceFluent in written and conversational EnglishMarket research experience (at least 8 years)Experience in creating traditional, Digital Marketing and ecommerce strategies (at least 5 years)Consumer and business oriented, effective communication, change facilitator, innovative thinking.Building strong brand visibility, considering global strategiesWhy Kontoor Brands?At Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle and our benefits are crafted with the same care as our products.When our employees are healthy, secure and well, they bring their best selves to work.
