Area Managers on performance Create and maintain Field Collections policies and regularly monitor adherence Propose and actively participate in changes to Field Collections processes for optimization Monitor employee work to ensure compliance with company and Department code of conduct Analyze KPI of assigned Area Managers to determine needed intervention to ensure attainment of monthly targets in regions, recovery rates, visit rates, and quality scores Maintain historical data per KPI and conduct post evaluations of programs and action plans Define and set objectives and KPI targets for assumed Collections teams Ensure proper execution of company initiatives or programs in the assigned regions are accomplished and monitored Collaborate with Collections Management in proper execution of related tasks Collaborate with management about monthly targets and disseminate them to all concerned Area Managers Provide and propose Field Collections communication enhancement that will improve further collection efficiency Monitor hiring needs and success rate in assigned region Collaborate with Sales Team, Legal Collection Team, and Anti-Fraud Team for better process improvement and cooperation Collaborate with other departments within the HC group in pursuit of company short-term and long-term goals
You know you are the perfect fit if you have: At least 5 years' experience in field collection, familiar with assigned region Minimum 2 years' experience as Senior Area Manager or Regional Manager Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Must know how to drive a motorcycle with updated Drivers License Owns a motorcycle with ORCR or Deed of Sale Preferably residing in NCR or Pampanga, and willing to visit both offices Full-time | Collections Share
