We are looking for a talented FACILITIES ENGINEER (TEMPORARY 18 MONTHS) to join our team specializing in FACILITIES for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MÉXICO.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Administration and Supervision of Maintenance with internal and external resources (technicians and suppliers)
Project management and execution in construction, continuous improvement, environment, and community support
Purchase Order Management, monitoring of supplier contract scope and their indicators
Administration and Documentation in Maintenance Software (Maximo) for corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance activities.
Administration of maintenance activities, gardening, painting, air conditioning, air compressors, electrical installations, drainage, plumbing, etc.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Intermediate Conversational English
More than 1 year of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Engineer
Knowledge of electrical safety and lockout/tagout
Experience in developing preventive maintenance plans.
Basic knowledge of Project Management
Experience in Supplier and Contractor Management and Supervision
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Projects.
Management - Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule and resources for a temporary effort (a "project").
