From Pacifica Continental, we are in search of a Transformation Manager to assist our global leader client in software and technology solutions, in directing the migration of financial processes to Mexico City and standardizing their activities across all countries. Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City Key activities :
- Project Mananagement - "Hands - on": Not only of the strategy, this role must make sure that things get done and "be there".
- Involved in many processes across the department: Implementation / Process Improvement of Finance / Project initiatives).
- Being the connection between the Head of Finance and the Sales team in different countries.
- Relationship with Stakeholders - Managers and Team Leads, and Corporate Members.
- Public Relations: Planning activities, countries and timing.
- Kick-Offs: Review of account compilation.
- Partnership with the other FSSCs (Germany and India).
- Monthly high-level presentations on the global status of migration in Mexico.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration.
- Sr Experience as Finance Manager / Coordinator, Finance Business Partner, Project Finance, or related.
- Background in financial process implementation.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Contact and experience in dealing / negotiating with C Levels
- Knowledge of Finance areas: AP, AR, Billing, Collections, etc / Understanding of Finance operational processes (know what each area and role does) - Back office activities.
- Experience in Finance Shared Service Center: Experience in migrations (processes and activities) involving many countries.
- Experience managing financial projects.
- Complementary Education / Post Graduate: Project Management, Green Belt, Six Sigma, Scrum, etc. (Knowledge of how to improve processes in different areas and countries).
