The Opportunity
Responsible for ensuring Operating Model shifts schedule, budget & governance. manage vendor contract, payments, RFI request w/ all stakeholders & ensure shifts cadence:
  • Responsible for setting up, managing, delivering & ensuring handoff of OM shifts
  • Accountable for ensuring the PMF of the Future team has the OM and process reengineering mindset and culture to drive the OM agenda & provide the OM support required to execute the strategic priorities.
  • Key member of the BT Leadership Team, being actively involved in People Management, Culture, and Mentoring.

The role is also responsible for supporting the design and implementation of PMF Operating Model included in Transformational Project Portfolio.
This role will form part of a team who are the driving force in the development and growth of the Digital Transformation Program with a focus on helping to evolve our teams' and organization's digital savviness and maturity.
Responsibilities
Your Impact
As Strategy & Transformation Assoc Maanager (PMF) (Temporal)your responsibilities would consist of:
Accountabilites high level
  • Lead a portfolio of PMF Operating Model projects
  • Have an active role in the evaluation & prioritization of PMF of th Future Operating Model programs
  • Partner & drive relationships (inc. stakeholder management, team & function alignment)
  • Become a true Partner with other Functions & Areas across PMF & LATAM
  • Work in close collaboration with Functions & Areas to co-lead OM programs
  • Build and demonstrate empathy, building strong relationships with program map
  • Drive capability building efforts within Functions & Areas for successful program handoff
  • Act as a key member of the PMF of the Future Leadership Team
  • Promote E2E visibility of Operating Model projects & alignment to PMF's strategic priorities
  • Connect with Finance, IT, Change Management & Data + analytics functions to ensure the correct execution of each project, ensuring a correct change management plan and a project on time and with value realization.

Accountabilites per Imperative
Strategy and Portfolio
  • Coordinate the PMF of the Future Agenda helping build plans that will include all necessary inputs related to the processes required to achieve the defined strategy for PMF.

Capabilities
  • Operating Model methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
  • Program / Project Management (Waterfall & Agile)
  • Execute the processes performance commitments included on the annual transformation agenda guaranteeing the use of Agile and SCRUM methodologies and tools.
  • Proactively work on innovative solutions to improve the performance of the organization and the integration of the information.

Program and Project Management
  • Support and help the management of program(s) or project(s) within PMF on a day-to-day basis to guarantee flawless execution: time, budget and scope fulfilment. When playing this role, is responsible for the continuous monitoring of the program and project performance, identification of issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the program or project delivery.
  • Monitor Value realization of the appointed projects or programs and support the resolution of gaps to guarantee fulfillment.

Engagement
  • Give support to organization stakeholders during the transformation journey to facilitate change adoption, capabilities creation and goals achievement.
  • Enable a Growth Mindset Culture in the organization to generate engagement and facilitate transformation.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
Education/Requirements
  • Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems and/or Administration Technology Management or Business Management
  • English and Spanish fluent professional.
  • At least 3-5 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement projects across functions
  • Proven program and project management skills for large scale programs
  • Deep business acumen.
  • Advanced knowledge in Visio, Power Point, Excel, Word & Project (Aris preferable)
  • Outstanding program/project management skills
  • Scrum and Agile background

Experience
  • 3-5 years experience as a Management Consultant, Business Transformation, or other relevant role
  • 3-5 years experience in leading Operating Model programs and executing the Business Process Methodology, with proven results delivery. Examples include: process analysis, redesign, execution, KPI definition, operating model redesign.
  • 3-5 years experience leading multi-functional teams in a project setting with proven results delivery
  • Ideally, experience in Consumer Products Industry

  • Exceptional Operating Model skills, including business architecture, process documentation, re-engineering, process analysis, design, and modelling, KPI definition, among others
  • Exceptional ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, partnerships across Functions & Areas, and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Exceptional ability to effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget, within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management & results delivery of extensive multi-phase projects, leveraging new ways of working (e.g., agile)
  • Impeccable organizational skills, ability to structure projects and create and follow up a critical path, interdependencies, and milestones to drive value
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills to lead workshops, and meetings with Senior Leadership.
  • Familiarity with common business software, project management programs, and IT systems
  • Strong working knowledge of business management best practices, ideally within Consumer Products industry
  • Given the wide scope of engagement, candidate must be highly adaptable, and feel comfortable leading different types of programs across functions, with different team members and stakeholders
  • Quick learner, with strong aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Innovative and creative mindset, feels comfortable driving the solution & offering recommendations despite limited data and uncertain environments
  • Team player, that can effectively collaborate across functions, and develop and mentor team
  • A strong self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable with working multi functionally to deliver results.
  • Demonstrates the ability to challenge the status quo.
