ESH

• Actively participates in environmental safety and health activities.

Suppliers

• Coordinates external suppliers in the plant.
• Specifies new local equipment requirements and communicate them with central plant engeneering manager PMS TS/ERS.Develops local suppliers together with purchasing department.
• Ensure specification transfer with central plant engeneering manager PMS TS/ERS"

Management

• Directs and manage maintenance, facility and engineering activities Promotes and insures the use of project management tools.
• Practice permanent and active know how transfer and communication with central plant engineering manager PMS TS/ERS.Contacting public institutions / authorities.
• Property management of the Plant"

Improvement

• Coordinates local equipement and process improvement. Reports potential improvements to Central Engineering. Support implementation of TPM / 5S.
• Maintenance, Investment projects/ Planning
• Coordination repair and maintenance of machinery, industrial landscape and buildings.
• Ensures Maintenance efficiency is according to budget, Plant Quality results, Maintenance losses, machinery maintenance Costs, spare part stock value. Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Ensure local spare part strategy in accordance with local requirements.
• Initiation and implementation of Invest projects, equipment and plant components according to applicable technical standards, energy saving, local technical, time and financial requirements, and ergonomic aspects with entire budget responsibility.
• Plans yearly invest budget and insures its adherence.
• Planning, coordination and implementation of structural changes with local authorities and within the Continental AG"

Facility/ Energy.

• Ensure systematic plant infrastructure planning according to organizational issues, layout, material and capacity analysis.Ensures Facilities and Utilities deparment : Continious improvement of energy consumption, energy supply availability and facility and utilities maintenance cost."

Knowledge/Development

• Qualify and develop the staff from maintenance, Facility Management, Engineering "5S's & Continuous Improvement, Ensure the application and maintenance of the 5S at their work place.
• Ensure the application and maintenance of ISO IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Standards at their work area.
• Ensure the application of the continuous improvement methodology in their work area.
• Work under Continental Bussines System principles for the elimination of waste and focus on continuous improvement.

ESH

• Participation in the establishment, maintenance documentation of the ESH Management System and Energy Management ISO 45001 & ISO 50001
• Responsible for demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety performance.
• Compliance with the security requirements applicable to the organization."

Environment

• Ensure that the areas under its responsibility consider the applicable legal requirements regarding the environment, as well as that the necessary resources are provided for compliance, ensuring that there is adequate understanding and management of normal and significant environmental aspects according to the ISO system 14001 in their areas and staff under their charge,
• Segregate hazardous and non-hazardous waste at your work area.
• Identify and monitor legal (environmental) requirements
• Define the environmental (operational) control of your process, Communicate to suppliers and / or contractors the requirements of the environmental management system

Education / Certification

• BSIE with major in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, university degree (Mechanical / C&D engineering)
• Professional Experience (Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)
• 8 years machine commissioning experience if possible in manufacturing industry + 5 years of maintenance management in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in aluminum and steel tubes, rubber hoses and tooling, processes and produciton
• >5 years. Endforming, bendig, brazing/ welding and assembly.
• Project and/or Process Experience
• Has lead several machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation project. Lead and improved a maintenance organization.
• Leadership Experience
• Management of a technical team for at least 5 years.
• Intercultural / International Experience
• International team capability. Prefered language skills, english (good level written and spoken)
