Position summary.
As the HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering Employee Relations, refining HR systems, and optimizing processes to meet the dynamic needs of various departments within the company and the local market.
Job functions.
• Align corporate HR strategies with organizational goals to drive success.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor, offering counsel on a wide range of employment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance across all employee relations activities, from recruitment to retirement, while upholding regulatory standards.
• Supervise outsourcing compliance with our specialized providers.
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing turnover, retention, and key indicators of employee and customer engagement. Develop strategic workforce plans accordingly.
• Spearhead initiatives focused on Onboarding/Offboarding, Retention, and Attraction.
• Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors to effectively implement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Offer day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, counseling, and facilitating career development.
• Implement communication tools and platforms to cultivate inclusion, open dialogue, and overall employee satisfaction.
• Administer and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and track departmental performance effectively.
• Develop and monitor HR department processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Job competency.
• Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field preferred.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor/Employee Relations specialist.
• Advanced understanding of labor laws and related matters.
• Proficient in Tress system and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Experience in developing corrective and preventive Action Plans to meet KPIs.
