Position Title: LATAM D igital Shelf Jr. Manager - Commercial Business Unit Location: Mexico City Reports to: LATAM Brand & Customer Marketing Sr. Manager Job Summary: The Jr. Manager of Digital Shelf of LATAM will be responsible for supporting eCommerce strategy with focus on B2B Omini – Enablement, Strategic Customer Development and the Content Optimization. Is responsible for increasing internet sales revenues and executing an exceptional customer experience on the Mexico and Colombia digital web sites, DTC, E-retailers sites, Marketplaces y Pureplayers sites, ensuring the achievement of those strategic objectives established together with the Sr. Manager of Brand and Customer Marketing of LATAM and with the International Director or Marketing of Commercial Products. This role focuses on execution of site features, functionality, and navigation as well as day-to-day operations for all variations of the web sites (mobile, tablet, etc). The Jr. Manager of Digital Shelf will need to develop a relationship with key customers and participate in the JBP, better comprehend the local business environment, acquire a first-hand understanding of new technologies and innovations, and monitor the competitive product offering available within the local markets. Drive a market-leading omnichannel B2B Marketing function by leading standardisation of strategic frameworks and enabling tools for a best-in-class activation in omni environments. Drive digital media plans and build/execute plans for priority digital partners. Bring digital media execution to life in line with brand & customer marketing’s segment communication plan. Key objectives: Specific Responsibilities: Content Optimisation - Responsible for product content optimization. - Work alongside the Product Team to ensure we have best-in-class product content, and it is loaded to the appropriate brand platforms. Make recommendations for website developments incl. PDPs, landing pages, forms etc. Digital Platform Development · Owner of the and platform and responsible for increasing visits and engagement across Mexico and Colombia . · Provide a detailed customer journey based on data, engagement with distributors and end users and prior experience, and implement recommendations for improvements. · Ongoing web content updates and improvements, working hand-in-hand with the Brand Management team (for product updates), Digital Shelf (for content optimisation) and Omni Activation (for campaign delivery). · SEO, SEM and keyword strategy implementation. · Distribute web enquiries to the regional Sales teams. · Confident and creative to challenge digital ways of working and disrupt the status quo of B2B digital marketing. Market Places & Pure Players: · Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, improve marketplaces performance, and enhance customer satisfaction on the marketplaces and Mercado Libre. · Develop and implement the strategy for AMAZON in Mexico. · Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing. · Monitor marketplace performance metrics, such as conversion rates, order fulfillment, and customer feedback, and take necessary actions to achieve performance targets. · Conduct regular data analysis and generate actionable insights to improve marketplace performance and identify opportunities for growth. · Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations, including monitoring and addressing any policy violations or customer disputes. · Responsible for the channel sales forecast and compliance with the proposed goals · Implement effective customer service practices to resolve inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. · Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Integrated Digital Communications · Partner with Omni Activation to implement brand communications/campaigns across key digital channels. · Extensive communications implementation across social media, email campaigns/lead nurturing based on target audiences/sectors. Brief and partner with agencies where appropriate. · Ensure a seamless brand experience for target audiences across all channels and communication types aligned to the brand VBL. · Utilise the RCP brand framework and tone of voice to react to moments in time and build engagement and relevance within our target audience. Data Interrogation & Intelligence · Champion data collation across all digital platforms and make the data actionable for key stakeholders such as Omni Activation, Agencies and Sales. · Implement consistency in data tracking and provide a concise monthly report. · Take the data and create tangible learnings that can be actioned and take responsibility for stakeholder ownership. · Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to key stakeholders, while implementing relevant disruptive counter-activities. · Build relationships with the central Newell teams to understand ways of working, efficiencies and best practices to implementation in to Commercial. Organisation Role · Provide leadership in digital platforms and communications, ensuring all key stakeholders are onboarded with key initiatives and updates. · Comply to all company processes and makes recommendations to streamline and simplify brand and business processes if/where applicable. · Assists with general marketing discipline functions, including overall ‘day-to-day’ operations of the brand and product lines. · Uses appropriate decision-making and approval processes in a timely manner. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to coordinate product launches, promotions, and inventory management. · Has the ability to work alone, remotely and as part of a team. Work closely with Global Teams (ANZ/APAC & North America) where required. · Has an understanding of the full Marketing function across brand management, digital shelf and omni activation. · Open to additional projects and tasks to support the business requirements.
