General job description
• Leads research and problem resolution for payroll processing issues.
• Facilitates timely and accurate payments of federal, state and local payroll taxes and corporate liabilities.
• Calculation, validation and payment of international payroll taxes, international social security and other international withholdings.
• General weekly and biweekly payroll processing processes.
• Supervise the follow-up of audits of governments and other international entities between auditor and company.
• Generation of payroll KPIs.
• May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in in Public Accounting, Administration or related area.
• Intermediate English (TOEIC 600 pts. minimum)
Minimum Experience:
• Four (4) years of experience in payroll management, preferably for companies with more than 1,000 employees.
• Experience in International payroll
• Solid experience in international payroll taxes, social security and other international withholdings
