About this opportunity
You will be responsible for defining and delivering business strategies that will drive sales of Align Technology products.
In this role, you will…
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Administration of large accounts from exploration, to the closing of agreements and the guarantee of growth, following the guidelines of Mexico in close collaboration with the commercial team.
- Play an essential role in achieving the company's business objectives, directly (and indirectly) driving sales growth and improving our overall profitability
- Develop and implement key programs to address specific sales growth strategies and objectives, specifically in the areas of practice development, key account management and services.
- Strong working relationships with the Sales, Marketing and Clinical Education departments are particularly critical. Ability to analyze the effectiveness of programs.
- Practice Development Program: in the designated client base, leads the efforts to define and implement the Alignment Practice Development Program, designed to effectively support our clients in the management of their practices, both from the point of view of marketing as of organization. This also includes defining appropriate support materials and training programs for the sales team, as well as working closely with customers.
- Key account management and services: lead the definition and implementation plans for an effective and market-leading key account management and the definition of value-added services for our clients.
- Interaction with key clients and the sales organization.
- Ensures the effective fulfillment of the established objectives and deadlines.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in relevant roles in the management of sales and / or commercialization of technological products related to health.
- Work experience in a medical device business is desirable.
- Project management experience with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment is desirable.
- Education [Degree or equivalent experience]
- BS / BA required, preferably in health, technology, or business field. MBA is desirable.
- Advanced English and Spanish skills are desirable.
