The DuPont Electronics & Industrial business is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support our global Industrial Solutions portfolio.
In this role, you will develop and deploy specialized materials for demanding environments including healthcare, aerospace, defense and clean energy.
You will collaborate with global, cross-functional colleagues and lead internal and external communications activities, including employee communications, customer-facing initiatives which includes tradeshow exhibit planning, logistics and support, digital marketing and social media, sales collateral development, and internal metrics and reporting.
You play a key role in telling stories about our people, projects, and commitment to customers and the community.
Your key responsibilities will be / what you’ll do :
- Coordinating communications-related components of customer events and tradeshows with show partners and / or vendors, including creative design and production for signage, literature, promotional items, and other event materials
- Collaborates with greater marketing team on writing press releases, ensuring appropriate style, reviews and identifying distribution
- Preparing Marketing Communications materials, including brochures, presentations, product literature, etc.
- Driving internal communications activities that may include writing and designing a newsletter, narratives and posting video updates, employee meetings, and more
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
- Relevant Marketing Communications experience
- Ability to write for traditional and digital channels, translating complex information into clear and creative content that is accessible to a variety of audiences.
- Stellar communication and organizational skills, with high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language
- Ability to work and thrive in a diverse global cross-cultural team
- A passion for delivering and readiness to constantly iterate
