We are currently seeking an experienced Digital and Web AnalyticsSenior Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the optimization of Nasdaq.com.
This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our Digital Client Experience team, responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and continuously improving our website. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience aligned with our brand objectives.
Your role and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing our analytics framework, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving the overall analytics strategy. It is critical that you are strategic minded and feel comfortable managing a team, partners and tools needed to make our analytics strategy a success.
You will need the following skills and experience:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive analytics framework aligned with the company's digital objectives and business goals
Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to derive actionable insights that inform decision-making across digital channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, technology, and UX/UI teams, to ensure the integration of analytics across all digital platforms and touchpoints
Identify, define, and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Digital and Web performance effectively
Establish and implement methodologies for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs regularly
Continuously assess and enhance the analytics strategy, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends
Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and overall digital performance
Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Create and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
Ensure transparency and clarity in reporting on Digital and Web Analytics metrics and their impact on business outcomes
Evaluate, implement, and optimize analytics tools and technologies to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities
And it would be great if you have:
Proven track record of at least 10+ years in a senior analytics role within a digital-focused environment and focused on marketing KPIs
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and data visualization platforms
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing analytics teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of digital marketing, user behavior analysis, and Web technologies
