Sr Product Manager Pricing, Amazon Exports, Global Store

Do you want to help drive innovations in the e-commerce space? The Amazon Mexico team is looking for a highly analytical Pricing Senior Product Manager to help drive the Global Store business on Amazon.com.mx. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, and can drive results across technical teams. This position involves regular communication with senior management, and effective executive presentation skills are essential.
The candidate will be strong in the following areas:
- Product management and development, working together with technical and non-technical teams to improve operations and customer experience.
- Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and site features.
- Strong data analysis experience, extracting insights that drive business decisions.
- Business management, including creating business strategy and managing program metrics.
- Automating and improving systems to streamline operations within Amazon internal stakeholders. Key job responsibilities
The Pricing PM is focused on balancing competitiveness and profitability, decisions that affect MX´s price perception given the size of Global Store catalog. This role owns the settings on Pricing algorithm and models scenarios for improvement. About the team
The MX GS team is a small but efficient group of people that leverages the organization’s resources in order to enhance GS channel monitoring, intervention, and performance. The GS MX team is composed by: (1) the Core Team; (2) the Business Group (BG) Subject Matter Experts (SME); (3) Cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., DEX, CS, Legal, Ops), and (4) Business Development Central Teams. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Mexico City, DIF, MEX

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a Product Manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8 years of professional background.
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish
