Team: Reports to TAA Manager and is responsible for advising and executing sourcing strategies in the region to bring in the right talent for the business
What you can expect:
• Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilisation of sourcing strategies
• Building trusted partnerships with APAC business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
• Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organisation; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
• Develop and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
• Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences
• Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments
• Advocate and champion diversity and university hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition
• Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
Critical competencies:
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns
• Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills.
