Want your ideas to have an impact and your career to grow? Then Emma is the right place for you. What you'll do: Lead and oversee the accounts receivables accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement (Team of 4 in Bucharest and more to come). Work closely with other finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Develop, implement, and enhance internal controls and accounting policies.
Streamline accounting processes and systems, optimizing the use of our ERP. Coordinate audit schedules, liaise with external auditors, and assist with tax and regulatory compliance. Drive data-driven decision-making through ad-hoc financial analyses and projects (in cooperation with our Controlling team).
Be a proactive member of our entrepreneurial culture by sharing your financial leadership and problem-solving skills. You will regularly manage our Retail partners from a financial perspective as well as get insights into the operative business – you will have full ownership of your accounts. You will constantly improve the existing processes related to B2B Accounting, especially when it comes to automation of the ERP transactions, innovative Business models and financial processes.
Who we're looking for: You have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy graduate or equivalent. Ideally you have experience in Accounting, namely Accounts Receivables – experience with retail clients is a plus. You show knowledge in Accounting Software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of developing teams. A strategic mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
A team player with a "can-do" attitude, embracing our "one team, one dream" philosophy. You are excellent in both written and verbal (English) communication as you will be interacting with cross- functional teams. The clarity of your communications will greatly contribute to the performance and effectiveness of the whole team.
You have strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills. You are highly keen to details, trustworthy, and always proactive. You are resilient in stressful situations, being able to lead the team in such contexts.
