Overview The Products team is looking for a Consumer Products Director to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and creative professional Role In this position you ill:
- Partner with internal stakeholders into the Customer Solution Center, products, issuers and merchants to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow consumer products portfolio.
- Take responsibility for driving revenue.
- Responsible for defining the go to market strategies of Consumer Products from LAC region
- Oversees the development of training and other product support materials for the division
- Selects and monitors a product's key performance metrics and drives performance
- Follows new producst go to market process

- Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly

- Bachelor's degree.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Strong communication skills: written and oral (both in english and spanish) - ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organization.
