Clean Power Solutions (CPS) business is critical as part of Baker Hughes Energy Transition strategy. We respond to contemporary and anticipated Customer and market requirement as we pertain to efficient energy production, electrification, storage and power gen decarbonization.
Be part of our CPS Growth area
You will have a central role in the Clean Power Solutions team that focuses on the development of the most advanced technologies to serve energy and industrial companies looking for more efficient, more reliable, low to no carbon solutions.
You will be accountable for the long term profitable growth of Baker Hughes Integrated Solutions portfolio setting the strategic priorities, leading the capital allocation process, defining and executing NPDs (New Product Development) and solutions offerings, their commercialization plan from launch through the end-of-life.
As a Integrated Solutions Product Line Leader, you will be responsible for:
Leading profitable growth of portfolio offering, stigmatizing market understanding, customer, and policy analysis, gameboard/focus areas and strategy roadmap.
Leading capital allocation process for Integrated Solutions portfolio, New Product Developments (NPDs), support the engineering team in the NPD execution, on budget on time.
Setting targets for cost, performance, technology features, industrialization and after market deliverables, to guarantee successful positioning and to develop wing to wing differentiated value proposition for Products / Solutions
Accelerating and executing commercialization plan for Integrated Solutions, including establishing relationships with relevant EPCs and key third parties, launch planning and Beta customers engagement, leading origination of business development opportunities
Driving actions to increase opportunity pipeline: market prospecting and lead generation, value chain stakeholders engagement, portfolio and new offering pre-positioning, drive sales engagement
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a BSc. from an accredited university or college.
Have a wealth of experience in Strategy and Growth Initiatives, Product Leadership, Engineering in the Microgrid, EMS or Power gen industry.
Show good analytical skills and proven capabilities to develop Business Cases - MBA is advantageous.
Have good verbal and written skills. Be fluent in English.
Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects in a structured manner.
Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
