Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Role Description:

Grow new sales opportunities and nurture existing accounts in a diversified portfolio of ELL products (digital, print, and service) to increase Pearson's market share among institutions in their geography. Reach future customers, introduce Pearson's value offer to our market, thus helping institutions meet the necessary educational outcomes for student success, and close sales deals based on our unique offer.

Profile:

3-5 years of experience in consultative selling.

Ability to use Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Knowledge of CRM's (Salesforce).

Technological skills with LMS.

English proficiency level at least B1.

Completed bachelor's degree with a professional title.

No problems traveling.

Driver's license.

Main Activities:

Conduct interviews with coordinators, directors, or teachers regarding the school's approach, understanding its mission to propose solutions that meet their expectations.

Deliver product presentations, demonstrate platforms (LMS), assist with teacher registration on platforms, and follow up with clients after closing sales.

Schedule consultations, training sessions, and monitoring activities throughout the school year.

Actively search for new customers and opportunities to expand Pearson's market reach.

Maintain daily information capture in CRM systems.

Conduct territory and market share analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Negotiate in B2B environments to secure business deals.
