As a specialist in developing and promoting our on-premise channel brands, On-Premise Ready To Drink's Sales Representative serves as a pivotal business advisor, both internally and externally, to foster the growth of Brown-Forman brands. They accomplish this by conceiving and executing innovative initiatives and activities that propel the deployment of the company's Ready To Drink brands. Furthermore, they play a vital role in establishing and nurturing commercial relationships with key accounts in their locality. This encompasses identifying and prospecting these accounts, negotiating agreements, and monitoring activities to maintain a dominant position in the area's most crucial accounts.
They will achieve this with strict adherence to all Brown-Forman policies and relevant Mexican laws, ensuring full compliance and maintaining a high degree of integrity.
What You Can Expect:
DRIVE BUSINESS FORWARD
Develop and execute their weekly work plan, including the visit plan uploaded to the Salesforce platform.
Identify and prospect target accounts for Ready To Drink's.
Develop the negotiation strategy to win them over and categorize the Ready To Drinks.
Detect opportunity areas in the channel and open new relevant accounts for our Ready To Drink.
Ensure appropriate distribution and prominence of the Brown-Forman Mexico brands in key Ready To Drink venues, such as stadiums and massive entertainment forums.
Manage the relationships between the venues and the authorized supplier (wholesaler/distributor), including activation and promotional efforts.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
Maintain a close business relationship with key players in each account, including owners, partners, crews, bartenders, etc.
Follow up on the agreements established with their accounts and ensure proper execution of each agreement.
Introduce key members of the Brown-Forman Mexico team to foster the development of partnerships as needed, while continually seeking opportunities for business expansion.
OPERATIVE PROCESSES
Collaborate with the trade marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
Create and execute brand experiences and activities that promote brand testing and encourage repeat purchases.
Deliver training to staff, account owners, and consumers through tastings, presentations, and more.
Effectively execute, manage, and assess incentive plans for staff and account owners.
Ensure the accurate implementation of our brand pricing strategy in each account.
Efficiently plan and oversee the company's budget and resources.
Regularly update account information in the Salesforce system.
Monitor and report on your activities as well as the competition.
Manage and administer benefits, including tickets, and more.
Collaborate with the Revenue Growth Management team to determine optimal pricing and activities for each venue.
What You Bring to the Table:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Communication, PR, and related.
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or/in roles related to the commercial or marketing field, with a track record of establishing and maintaining strategic relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with market analysis platforms such as Nielsen, ISCAM, and others.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing information.
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly initiative-driven.
Strong organizational abilities with a talent for effective time and resource management.
Valid driver's license
