We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with direct expertise in Human Resources, Payroll, and ADP Resource. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our office by managing administrative tasks, overseeing HR functions, and handling payroll processes through ADP Resource. Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues. Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll through ADP Resource. Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure accurate and timely distribution of paychecks and direct deposits. Address payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees. Utilize ADP Resource for payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and benefits administration. Stay current with ADP Resource updates and enhancements, implementing new features as needed. Generate reports and analyze data within ADP Resource for payroll and HR purposes. Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling incoming calls and emails. Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in HR and payroll processes. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Administrator with a focus on HR and Payroll functions. Hands-on experience with ADP Resource is essential. Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll processes, and employment laws. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
