Operations manager

Purpose:

Manage Visa Application Unit, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability while fostering consulate relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee unit operations, profitability, and target achievement.
• Develop consulate relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Drive staff efficiency and productivity.
• Implement process enhancements and new rollouts.
• Control budgets and resources.
• Conduct staff training and mentorship.
• Ensure security and adherence to environmental policies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 5-9 years experience in Travel or Service industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, adaptable, and innovative.
