Purpose:
Manage Visa Application Unit, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability while fostering consulate relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee unit operations, profitability, and target achievement.
- Develop consulate relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Drive staff efficiency and productivity.
- Implement process enhancements and new rollouts.
- Control budgets and resources.
- Conduct staff training and mentorship.
- Ensure security and adherence to environmental policies.

Qualifications:
- Graduate with 5-9 years experience in Travel or Service industry.
