The coordinator will work to ensure the accuracy and completeness of marketing plans, and will communicate out relevant information during the execution of these plans
-Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of project management
-Regular interaction with management is necessary in this role
Main Job Tasks-Work on the planning and execution of projects related to the commercialization of our products
-Engange in the development of detailed plans for execution based on commercial tactical plans
-Support the PRB process by ensuring all relevant data and information is current and by partnering with PRB leads to support their meeting planning needs
Required Qualifications-Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing project management or account management experience.
-Experience within managing marketing projects is required.
-Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
-Knowledge of Project Management softwares to manage projects is required.
-Previous experience working with Workfront, Veeva Vault or Promo Mats is a plus.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
-Advanced to fluent level of English and Spanish is required.
